1) Scope of Application
1.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts concluded between the user (“you”) and Schöne Zurich (“we”, “us”) regarding the services and digital content offered on this website.
1.2 Schöne Zurich provides adult-oriented services, including but not limited to digital content, video calls, vouchers and in-person services. By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
1.3 Consumers are natural persons acting for purposes outside their commercial or professional activity. Business users are natural or legal persons acting within their commercial or professional activity.
1.4 These Terms also apply mutatis mutandis to the purchase and use of vouchers, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
2) Conclusion of Contract
2.1 The presentation of services and content on this website does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to submit an offer.
2.2 By completing a purchase or booking on the website, you submit a legally binding offer to conclude a contract.
2.3 The contract is concluded once we confirm the booking or payment electronically, or once access to the purchased content or service is granted.
2.4 We reserve the right to reject offers at our discretion.
3) Prices and Payment Conditions
3.1 All prices are displayed in the applicable currency and include all mandatory charges, unless stated otherwise.
3.2 Accepted payment methods are displayed during checkout and may include credit card, PayPal, Revolut, TWINT and other digital payment providers.
3.3 Payment is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.
4) Service Delivery
4.1 Digital content and video call access are provided electronically after successful payment.
4.2 In-person services are provided at agreed times and locations as communicated during booking.
4.3 Users are responsible for ensuring they have the technical means required to access digital services.
5) Liability for Defects
Statutory liability for defects applies insofar as permitted by Swiss law. No guarantees are given beyond the legal minimum.
6) Redemption of Promotional Vouchers
6.1 Promotional vouchers issued free of charge are valid only for the specified period and only on this website.
6.2 Only one promotional voucher may be redeemed per booking.
6.3 Promotional vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash and are non-refundable.
7) Redemption of Gift Vouchers
7.1 Gift vouchers purchased on this website may be redeemed exclusively on this website unless stated otherwise.
7.2 Gift vouchers are valid for three years from the end of the year of purchase.
7.3 Gift vouchers are transferable but cannot be redeemed for cash.
8) Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
8.1 Swiss law applies to all legal relationships between the user and Schöne Zurich, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
8.2 The place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland.
